A Clayton man captured as part of nationwide manhunt during a teenage abduction was in federal court Wednesday on additional charges recently filed against him regarding the sexual enticement of a minor.

Federal court records show Charles Dean Partin was arraigned Wednesday on a two-count felony indictment recently returned against him.
