David Michael Kalac, 33, was taken into custody near Portland late Wednesday by the Wilsonville Police Department.

An Alabama man who wore an Uncle Sam top hat while recording a video threatening President Barack Obama’s life was arrested yesterday by Secret Service agents.

Deryke Pfeifer, 54, was busted on a felony complaint charging him with making threats against the president. Pfeifer is locked up in advance of a hearing at which prosecutors will argue that he should be detained in advance of a criminal trial.

Federal agents allege that Pfeifer has threatened Obama’s life in a series of videos posted to his Facebook page, as well as in calls to the Federal Protective Service, which provides security for government facilities.

After the university refused to give into extortion threats, the hacker dumped the data, including students’ names, email addresses and phone numbers, online, according to The Balitmore Sun.

Emma Way, 22, clipped cyclist Toby Hockley with her car in Norfolk in May.

She then tweeted: “Definitely knocked a cyclist off his bike earlier. I have right of way – he doesn’t even pay road tax! #Bloodycyclists.”

Norwich magistrates convicted her of failing to stop after an accident and failing to report it, which she denied.

Way, of Watton, was acquitted of driving without due care and attention.

She was ordered to pay a £337 fine, £300 in costs and was given seven points on her licence.

Tyler Jones admitted to police that he secretly hid his iPhone in the bathroom to record the woman and then uploaded it to a porn site from his dorm room at Villanova.

While police were investigating, they say two other victims were discovered. One of the victims was 17 years old at the time of the recording.

Police said a 16-year-old gang member punched Delfino Mora, father to 12 children and a grandfather to 23, last Tuesday in an alley in the 6300 block of North Artesian. Mora’s devastated family told NBC Chicago that Mora was on his regular route of collecting cans that he sells for cash when the teens confronted him.
