Davide Buccheri, 25, made a gallery between 2016 and 2017 while working at the investment management firm M&G.

Buccheri then told the woman’s bosses about the photos to discredit her.

California Gov. Jerry Brown on Tuesday signed a bill outlawing so-called revenge porn and levying possible jail time for people who post naked photos of their exes after bitter breakups.

Senate Bill 255, which takes effect immediately, makes it a misdemeanor to post identifiable nude pictures of someone else online without permission with the intent to cause emotional distress or humiliation. The penalty is up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Michel, 44, was a long-time science teacher at Rehobeth High School. He was sentenced to 36 years in prison Wednesday by Circuit Judge Butch Binford. Michel will serve three eight-year sentences for having sex with a student and four three-year sentences for the possession of porn material convictions. All sentences will run consecutively, meaning the prison term for each count will not begin until the expiration of the previous count. Binford also denied any probation request and assessed fines and penalties totaling around $6,000.

“This is the most horrible thing anybody could possibly go through,” the mother said, adding that her children still attend school at Rehobeth. “They will suffer daily.”

WASHINGTON (CBS DC) – The vast majority of homemade pornography and private images on personal computers ends up on public websites called “parasites.”

Eighty-eight percent of homemade pornography, including videos and still images, finds its way onto porn sites, often without the owners’ knowledge, a new study from Britain’s Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) has found.

The study analyzed more than 12,000 sexually explicit images uploaded by young people and found that the great majority of images had been stolen and published to what the organization calls, “parasite” websites.
