The girl turned out to be an undercover FBI agent.

The woman accused of sexually abusing three young boys while working as a substitute teacher for the Mobile County Public Schools System pleaded not guilty on Tuesday.

Kristina McMillan Kelly, 41, was not in court for the arraignment. Her attorney, Shane Taylor, entered the plea on her behalf.

Former Mobile County commissioner Freeman Jockisch entered a not-guilty plea through his attorney on two child-sex charges Monday.

The 69-year-old, who was arrested on Nov. 26 for traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act and the electronic solicitation of a child, was not in court and has been out on $80,000 bond since Nov. 27.
