Houston woman Meryem Ali has filed a $123-million lawsuit against both Facebook and a former friend who posted a picture of her on an “imposter” Facebook profile under her name, according to Texas Lawyer.

Photographs “that depict the true face of plaintiff” were altered with Photoshop and “attached to false, phony, naked body shots, and at least one pose where there is plaintiff in a graphic pornographic-like photo,” states the complaint, which was filed on July 25 in Harris County.

Wright allegedly met the teen from Harris County in an online chat room. The conversation then went to text messages, where sexually explicit messages were exchanged between Wright and the teen.

Wright allegedly picked up the teen and raped her. Authorities believe Wright dropped the teen back off at home when she walked through the door of a home at 7 a.m. on Monday. Deputies from the Harris County Department met with the girl, who told them she had a sexual encounter with an adult man.
