Court records show Dothan police arrested Hakimsaid Fararhd Darby, 51, of Seminary Road, and charged him with three felony violations of the Alabama community notification act.

On May 2, Jefferson County sheriff’s officials received reports of a man exposing himself outside of Food Giant on Alabama 75. Three days later, on May 5, the same man was seen inside the grocery store with a small child, said Chief Deputy Randy Christian.

Court records show police investigators arrested Robert Blake Jones, 30, of Dothan, on Wednesday, and charged him with felony traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act and felony electronic solicitation of a child for a sex act.
