A Slocomb man faces felony charges alleging he enticed who he believed was a 15-year-old girl for an unlawful sex act.
Assistant Hartford Police Chief Ben Berry said Hartford police arrested 24-year-old Justin Colby Hutton on Friday, and charged him with felony electronic solicitation of a child and felony traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act.
